In light of the recent activity on Capitol Hill ...

Entry Guidelines

  • A panel of judges will evaluate each essay and decide who wins based on content, style and interest

  • Submit unpublished writings between 500- 1000 words

  • 1-4 submissions ~ only $10 per submission (kindly submit separately -fees can be waived)

  • Entry period  - May 1 - August 31

  • Judging period  -Aug 31-Sept 15 (subject to change)

  • Notification - Oct 1

  • Book Launch: TBA

  • Prizes $150, $100, $75.00 and Editor’s Pick

  • Complimentary printed publication for prize winners and editor’s picks.

The essay contest is open to legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
